
Berries are the most nutrient-dense fruit you can juice or blend. Blueberries have some of the highest antioxidant concentrations of any food. Raspberries are high in fiber. Blackberries bring a tartness that adds complexity. Together, they make a smoothie that looks beautiful, tastes complex and does something genuinely good for the body.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 60 seconds. The chia seeds can be blended in or added on top — blending makes the texture smoother while adding them whole gives more textural interest. Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
