
Celery juice became one of those polarizing wellness trends that either gets dismissed entirely or treated like medicine. I wanted to find out for myself. For seven days I juiced one full bunch of celery every morning, drank it on an empty stomach, and paid attention. Here is what I noticed.
By day three, my digestion felt notably smoother. By day five, I was waking up slightly earlier and with more clarity. Whether that was the celery or just the routine of making something intentional at 7am — I cannot say for certain. But I kept going.
Wash the celery thoroughly and run it through a juicer. If using a blender, add 1/4 cup of water, blend on high, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine cheesecloth. Drink immediately on an empty stomach, at least 20 minutes before eating anything else.
