Berry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: If using fresh berries, wash them thoroughly. Peel the banana.
  2. Blend: Add the berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a blender.
  3. Sweeten (Optional): Add honey if you’d like extra sweetness.
  4. Blend and Serve: Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
